Welcome All Scouts!

The Metropolitan Business & Arts District would like to formally invite you to a tour.

We would like to invite you to tour our community for your future projects.  The Metropolitan Business and Arts District is a fabulous 30 acre property located in Downtown Atlanta that has transformed from an antiquated warehouse complex into an arts community and center for commercial, performing and visual arts focusing on art studios, galleries, and workshops. Our property owns the privilege of beautiful city views, a large installation Sculpture Garden, raw to beautifully renovated historic building. Our location is ideal and prime for travels due to the easy access to all metro Atlanta interstates (i.e. I-20, I-75, I-85, and I-285). We are 15 minutes from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.

The Metropolitan consists of creative loft, office and warehouse space for residential and commercial purposes. We have raw and renovated spaces available from 2,000 square feet up to 60,000 plus square feet; and we offer daily, short and long term leases for film production companies.

The Metropolitan has gained a solid reputation for the preferred location of photographers, videographers, and movie producers for movies, commercial, and television scenes; as well as photography and video shoots.

You may have come out before, but in case you have not, we wanted to make you aware of a wonder experience. We would like to invite you to schedule a tour with us and see The Metropolitan Business and Arts District with your own eyes. Bring your cameras and we will allow you to find the words to describe how creatively eclectic The Metropolitan Business and Arts District is, and how you can use our location to tell the story for your next project!

We also have a beautifully and professionally decorated Penthouse condo located in the Residences of Twelve Atlantic Station building.

To schedule a tour, please contact Loretta Boddie at (404) 758-8800.
